Booking Terms and Conditions
Australian Commercial Resources trading as Spice Trails are hereby referred to “the company” in respect of the booking conditions which apply to all of the tours on our website/flyer.
Spice Trails will confirm your booking in writing on receipt of $250.00 per person/deposit (non-refundable), on receipt of our booking form being signed/paid on your behalf and the party travelling with you.
Balance of payment in full to be made 45 days prior to departure.
Alterations to Service
Itineraries, hotels, flight schedule, airfares and other components that make up the tour are subject to change or increase without notice and will be affected to the best interests of all.
Tours may be modified. However, after booking has been confirmed, a service fee of $30 per amendment will be charged.
Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing, by the person signing the Booking Form, and is not affective until such cancellation is received by Spice Trails. In the event of cancellation by the client the following charges will apply:
Cancellation by client at least 45 days prior to departure – loss of deposit.
Cancellation by client from 50 days prior to departure – 50% of tour cost.
Cancellation by client within 30 days prior to departure -100% of tour cost.
No refunds are possible on any portion of the tour not utilised once travel commenced.
It is the responsibility of the clients to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits and vaccination and other medical certificates as may be required for the whole tour.
Visas are required for rest of the Indian-sub-continent countries.
Foreign nationals living in Australia require a re-entry visa for Australia, which should be obtained prior to departure. Full information may be obtained in regards to visas for Australian passport holders from your travel agent.
All Airlines do not, by virtue of their mention in this WEBSITE/FLYERS, represent themselves either as contracting with any purchaser of holidays from Spice Trails or as having any other legal relationships with any such purchaser.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
Spice Trails and its associated agents act on in the capacity of agents in all forms of transportation and tour operation and as such agents, assume no liability for injuries, damages, losses and accidents incurred or changes in the itinerary beyond the agents control.
Airlines are not responsible for acts, omissions or events, while passengers are not aboard their aircraft or conveyances.
Prices quoted on this WEB SITE/FLYER are for Tours programmes only, and costed as of June 2013.
The company cannot be held responsible for any changes, which may occur and reserves the right to increase the price of any travel arrangements up to the date of departure. This includes adjustments for devaluation, fuel surcharges, airfare increases as well as fluctuation of international currency exchange rates
